Shipping within Australia

 All standard orders will ship from our warehouse within 2-3 business days (M-F) of the order being placed. Shipping within Australia is $9.00 per order flat rate and fulfilled by Australia Post.

For orders over $99 shipping will be FREE when delivered within Australia.

Once the order ships, you can expect a transit time of 2-5 days with Australia Post.

International Shipping

International shipping is $16.00 per order flat rate and is fulfilled by Australia Post.

All import taxes, duties, and fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Policy

1. Change of Mind Policy

• Time Limit: Returns must be initiated by contacting us within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Item Condition: Garments must be unworn, unwashed, and free from makeup, fake tan, perfume, or deodorant stains.
• Tags Attached: All original clothing tags must remain fully attached.
• Return Shipping: For change of mind, customers cover the return postage via Australia Post. A flat-rate label will be supplied based on your location, and the cost will be deducted from your final credit.
• Compensation: Store credit voucher.

2. Faulty Items Policy

• Consumer Rights: If an item has a major failure (e.g., severe fabric defect), you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair under Australian Consumer Law.
• Time Limit: The 30-day limit does not apply to faulty goods; consumer guarantees apply for a "reasonable time" based on the price and quality of the garment.
• Return Shipping: If a product is confirmed faulty, we will supply a free prepaid return label or fully reimburse your postage costs.

Legal Disclaimer

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure.
